- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

- Final sale items

How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@kalliekhaki.co.za or call us at 0812166748. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Receive Exchange Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, and enclose the receipt. Clearly write the EA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
Processing Your Exchange
- Inspection: Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our exchange criteria.
- Approval: If the items pass inspection, we will process your exchange. You will receive a confirmation email with details of the new item(s) being shipped to you.
- Shipping of New Items: The new item(s) will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Costs
- Local Exchanges: Kallie Khaki Clothing covers the shipping costs for domestic exchanges.
- National Exchanges: For exchanges outside the Gauteng, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
